The manor



The Manoir, dating back to the 17th century, was originally the residence of the tenant farmers who worked the agricultural lands of this part of the Mont Saint-Michel Bay.


Its history closely follows that of Mont Dol and the entire bay, with the main ownership long held by the clergy, in particular the diocese.


It was not until the early 19th century that the building passed into private hands, as the Church gradually sold off its lands and heritage.


Since then, several owners have succeeded one another, until we finally fell under its spell.


We were looking for a charming place in Brittany, close to the sea, where we could create cottages and a reception venue. We wanted a location full of history…


At the very first visit, its charm captivated us…
